Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) told Breitbart News on Wednesday that the Senate will confirm Judge Amy Coney Barrett to the Supreme Court before the end of October.
Cruz spoke to Breitbart News as the former Supreme Court litigator released his book, One Vote Away: How a Single Supreme Court Seat Can Change History, which details his insight into the Supreme Court and how many of Americans’ most cherished freedoms hang in the balance of the nation’s highest court.
He further told Breitbart News that the book would give a “behind the curtain” view of the Supreme Court. He added that the book would help give readers context for the impact of the Supreme Court ahead of Barrett’s confirmation.

I guess she will be making the rounds in the Senate the next week. I pray for her and her family that the rat party treat her fairly and with honesty.

When have these pond-scum ever treated anyone like Judge Barrett fairly and honestly....! Look at the living hell that now Justice Kavanaugh had to go through....wishful thinking....
There is no “Election Day”. There is an election season.
At the end of the four day hearings on October 16 democrats will demand an FBI investigation and Linseed Graham will grant them whatever delay they want moving the final vote on Barrett till after the election.
.....maybe not that extreme, but these bottom-feeders will certainly have something up their sleeves....for the sake of this great country and to be prepared for whatever results from this bizarre elecion, there MUST be nine sitting justices on the U.S. Supreme Court...!!
Ted already ran for President and it didn’t look good on him.
