Then again how many are DNC campaign staff, secret service and the media?

Well, hr e did have one sizeable crowd at one town along his train route. But at another, there was a large Trump crowd waiting for him.

I counted sixteen in Biden’s “crowd” - not counting the 4 or 5 bored ones obviously there as organizers or security on the platform.
If 16, Biden has now appeared in front of 100 people since Labor Day! (But did he speak? Or just drive by?)
