If Biden is leading PA by 9 points at this late stage, there is ZERO reason for him to debate, even if there were a marginal hit to his poll numbers for doing so. It would be more of an indication of an anti-Trump sentiment.

Today Rush said he talked to someone knowledgeable on polls who said that they’re deliberately oversampling Republican female suburban college grads, who are much less likely to support Trump than Republicans generally. This will show a normal D-R breakdown.
