If Trump is within ONE point in a state that is more Democrat, than that poses well for the rest of the country, but but Biden is supposedly up 1 million in the polls/sarc
If Trump does not out perform these polls, the dems will manufacture the votes needed after the election. Trump needs to win by big margins. My bet is mcconnell will not seat the new SCOTUS pick until after the election. That way the SCOTUS will be divided and the lower liberal courts will rule. It’s a win-win for mcconnell, he gets his pick on the court and gets rid of Trump at the same time. We must get Trump enough votes so it can not be stolen.

Yes, if Trump is this close in what was supposed to be a state which Biden would carry by a comfortable margin, this bodes well for how things are going in other states.

I also think it says a lot that Trump campaigned in Virginia, a state that hasn’t gone Republican in a while. Why waste your time and energy in a state that you know you have zero chance of winning
Nevada is definitely in play as it was in 2016. It really comes down to what happens in Las Vegas and Reno ... the rest of the state has little impact unfortunately.
Voters are fleeing CA for locales like NV and AZ. I don’t have a count, but I would venture to guess more of those are Trump voters than Biden voters. My wife and I, our two sons included in that.

Clinton won Washoe County (Reno) in 2016. That hurt.
Trump needs to win Washoe County this time and cut the DEM margin in Clark.
Ordinarily I’d say the machine would pull the votes needed. Unfortunately many of those voters who could be strong armed by the union are unemployed.
We now have three grandchildren (a fourth is in the oven) that we see on a regular basis. Cost savings was great: 7% lower state tax, lower property tax, better housing values, gas is 0.75 $/gal cheaper, car and auto insurance is cheaper.
