Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) looked to assure nervous Democrats that there are “a number of plans” to deal with a scenario in which President Trump loses the November election but refuses to leave office.
Sanders, speaking to TV host Bill Maher Friday night, said it was of tantamount importance that liberals elect Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden but that Democrats will have contingency plans to remove Trump from office if he refuses to go.
“The bottom line is, there are things that we have to do now to make sure that Biden wins. And if Trump attempts to stay in office after losing, there will be a number of plans out there to make sure that he is evicted from office," he said. "But right now, in the next five weeks, our job is to defeat him and defeat him badly."
The remarks come amid blistering criticism from Democrats over Trump’s refusal to commit to a peaceful transfer of power if he loses the November election.
“We’re going to have to see what happens, you know, but I’ve been complaining very strongly about the ballots. The ballots are a disaster,” Trump told reporters at a White House briefing Wednesday.
“Get rid of the ballots and you’ll have a very peaceful — there won't be a transfer, frankly. There will be a continuation,” Trump added when pressed, referring to debunked theories about the susceptibility of mail-in ballots to fraud. “The ballots are out of control. You know it, and you know who knows it better than anyone else? The Democrats know it better than anyone else.”

Consider that we probably wouldn’t have a “leader” like Bernie Sanders in the Senate without the 17th Amendment.

Supporting PDJT with a new patriot Congress and state government leaders that will promise to fully support his already excellent work for MAGA and stopping SARS-CoV-2 will effectively give fast-working Trump a “third term” in office imo.
I don’t see any problem with voting Republican ticket for 2020 elections.

Don't forget the AP which also calls out what the results are. I think President Trump needs to start working on discrediting all these news organizations results in advance. Preemptively rubbish their results before the elections. Because they will publish fraudulent results for Biden, sure as eggs are eggs.
Another thing, they will refuse to call it when Trump wins any state or delay it forever till they have called the overall results for Biden.
The Trump campaign needs to be working on a thorough battle plan right now.
They have done that to FR quite a few times on election days and other crisis. I expect them to do the same in November.

If Trump appears to be winning, the dems will seek to find enough disputed votes in enough states to flip the result. The first fighting question is whether state laws are followed on accepting or disqualifying ballots. If they see an opening, the dems will try to overturn established state law and improvise an ad hoc counting rule that gives them the win. Activist judges will do this instantaneously for the dems, who will judge shop carefully, so the real question becomes the integrity of the state appellate courts. So: the second fighting question is whether state AG’s, Secretaries of State and Supreme Courts will hold firm or go rogue like the Florida Supreme Court in 2000. The third fighting question is whether federal courts will intervene to overrule rogue state courts. I would not be surprised to see the dems demand national consistency on voting, which would lead to an ad hoc nationalization of the election system. If all else fails, the election will be thrown into the House, where each state would have one vote. What is the count now on partisan control in state delegations in the House? If the dems have a majority there and no other route to victory, they will do everything they can to sabotage and stall a resolution of the disputes in the various states and throw the election into the House.
If Trump loses he will become the leader of the Republican Party. He will campaign for every governor, mayor, senator and representative in the country. Nobody can stop him. Start a grassroots campaign throughout the country that will transform America.
