As a Republican whenever you hear the words “ballot harvesting” you know you’ve lost the race.
President Trump may be leading in the polls but it doesn’t matter. It won’t matter when the final votes are counted two weeks after the election..

Some really fishy business going on in NC over absentee ballots. The Bipartisan Elections Act of 2020, which set election laws for the 2020 election including funding for the State Board of Elections in response to the coronavirus pandemic, passed the North Carolina General Assembly with an overwhelming bipartisan majority of 142-26 in June.
This week, the Democratic Party-controlled N.C. Board of Elections, along with executive branch Democrats and liberal trial lawyers colluded to change those laws at the last minute.
There is plenty of info on this electoral abuse at North State Journal, RedState, and Civitas . The North State Journal article is a good place to start.

Basically, it looks like the corrupt liberal lawyer, Marc Elias from Perkins Coie, is leading Democrats in their lawsuits around the country. The Democrats are suing all of the battleground states to change their election laws. Elias was working together with the Democrat NC Attorney General and the Democrat controlled board of elections (BOE).

Not at all - in happened in the NM-2 House race in 2018. The winner was Pub Yvette Herrell on election night and a few days later when absentee and ballot harvested ballots were counted, the far left-wing radical Dem Tores-Small won the race. Proper absentee ballots with signature verification are o.k. but mail in and harvested ballots are not. And I agree, where are OUR lawyers??
My theory is that by February 20th 2021, it will be the Hildabeast...after she is selected as VP for POTUS Heels Up.

While everyone was watching the Governor battles in Arizona, Florida and Georgia. The Democrats managed to steal 43 seats in the House of Representatives that were won on election night turning the House over to the Democrats.
Historically there has never been that many seats been flipped from winning on election night. This is how the Democrats steal elections. It was ballot harvesting post election day.
I hate to say this but the only way I see this being stopped is for the Republicans to do the same thing or the Dems will steal the White House. There are more Trump supporters than Biden. It should be easy.

I don’t know what can be done legally in North Carolina to challenge this but I hope its done quickly as this is designed to produce votes after Election Day to steal it for the senile one. I expect the Michigan decision by a trial level state judge to be overturned by the Michigan Supreme Court which is 4-3 Republican. The Wisconsin decision was by a federal district court so that will need be appealed to the 7th Circuit Court of Federal Appeals which is overwhelmingly Republican (its Amy’s court). If, as I expect, the 7th Circuit throws this trash decision out, the Dem lawyers can only take it to the Supreme Court which is now only 8 - a 4-4 split even with Roberts’ perfidy would affirm the decision of the 7th Circuit. Pennsylvania, I am worried about bc the federal courts may determine the PA Supreme Court, dominated by Democrats, had “adequate and independent state grounds” for their decision.

I agree. Hopefully, a private firm will overturn this disaster. I would not, of course, look to Bill “The Glacier” Barr for relief anytime soon.

If Biden is ultimately determined to be the victor, maybe we should temporarily accept. If enough people in enough states want communism this bad, so that they’re willing to go along to cheat Biden to victory, maybe they deserve it good and hard. That includes GOP-weenies with their passivity, and never-Trumpers like Scaramucci.
We will be more prepared.
