John Durham’s team has sought information about the F.B.I.’s handling of the Clinton Foundation investigation, raising questions about the scope of the prosecutor’s review.
WASHINGTON — From the beginning, John H. Durham’s inquiry into the Russia investigation has been politically charged. President Trump promoted it as certain to uncover a “deep state” plot against him, Attorney General William P. Barr rebuked the investigators under scrutiny, and he and Mr. Durham publicly second-guessed an independent inspector general and traveled the globe to chase down conspiracy theories.

Mr. Durham, the U.S. attorney in Connecticut assigned by Mr. Barr to review the Russia inquiry, has sought documents and interviews about how federal law enforcement officials handled an investigation around the same time into allegations of political corruption at the Clinton Foundation, according to people familiar with the matter.
I correctly predicted the Durham investigation was a joke because the Huber investigation was a joke because the Awan brothers investigation was a joke because the Hillary Clinton email investigation was a joke because the Huma Abedin laptop investigation was a joke because Sessions was a joke and because Wray is a joke.
Is there anyone here that give me just ONE Reason why I should EVER believe anything the FBI or the DOJ says or Produces???

Things that will happen before Durham releases his report:
The Seattle Mariners will win the World Series.
The Clintons will go away and we’ll never hear from them again.
The federal budget will be balanced.
LeBron James will shut up and concentrate on basketball.
I could go on...
Don’t be so sure that Durham isn’t building a case against the higher-ups in the FBI.
If he can show the Clinton investigation was handled differently than Trump’s given the same set of facts, it doesn’t leave a lot of wiggle room for a defendant. The only obvious reason for the difference would be political.
Having worked with Federal prosecutors before, the good ones always think like defense attorneys and close the door to any excuse that can be raised.
Not everyone is a deep-stater and good air-tight investigations take time.
You know these investigation are a joke because Hillary’s IT guy, the one that destroyed evidence under subpoena and lied about it is walking around a free man. Talk about low hanging fruit.
All I have to do to know Durham is a joke is to see Comey, McCabe, Brennan and Clapper on various CNN panels, free as birds and hawking their books.
