That is stupid on many levels.

ACB was recently vetted and placed into Circuit Judge. And how much time it take to vet someone? It isn’t like you have to be like the democrats and script and prep a bad actress to pretend something almost kinda happened 4 decades ago.

You need read nothing but her (or ANY SCOTUS candidate’s) rulings. Nothing else should matter.

Yep, worked out GREAT with Gorsuch! No need to vet the guy, he wouldn't have made Trump's "list" if it wasn't already vetted, and had already been a federal judge for years. We just KNEW Gorsuch was a great originalist and would instantly vote like Scalia 2.0 the instant Trump selected him, because Trump SAYS so!
