Pittsburgh boilermakers union endorses President Trump

Shawn Steffee, the business agent of Boilermakers Local Union 154, located in Pittsburgh, Pa., announced that Local 154 endorsed President Trump for re-election. Local 154 has about 1,500 members who work in the power plants and other similar plants. He said:

Joe Biden's ban on fracking would put me and everyone I know out of work. Crap trade deals. And now this. Gimme a break, we're not asking for much. But Joe Biden is a disaster.

Mr. Steffee spoke at the Pennsylvania CPAC event on September 19, 2020 in Washington, Pa.

He said the journeyman welders in his union are averaging over $100,000 per year. Business is booming thanks to President Trump, and his members are all working. They support President Trump because he supports the job-creating industries in coal, oil, and natural gas. These are the industries that the Democrats want to abolish in favor of wind and solar.

Per rip van byeDUHn: "One word Shawn. 'Learn to code.'" DOH! Might have to drive by the local IBEW office and see what signs they have posted. LOL! One of my brothers-in-law toed the teamsters line for years. Now retired and thinking for himself, he swears he voted for PDJT last time and will again this time. I asked to speak the REAL brother-in-law. Thought I was being punked. He even sent us some pics of all the dozens of thank you notes from the PDJT campaign committee. He has a wall of them framed. He claims he sends at least a $100/month to them. There is hope. LOL!

Yep, here in MT, it’s the farms, welding shops, factories, etc. that have Trump & Steve Daines signs/flags. It’s the $hithole houses that have Bullock signs (not a lot of Biden signs)

This is monumental! An AFL-CIO Union affiliate endorsing an ultra conservative presidential candidate is history making. Write down this day, it may never happen in your lifetime again. You can say you were there.

Unfortunately you will have the opportunity to tell your school socialist programed grandkids about it and they won’t believe it. Sad.

Trump won PA because he “won” Allegheny County by only losing 60-40. Normally 90% goes Dem. He will do even better (pre-voter fraud) than that this time.

So, are the union print shops doing the lost/late/misplaced ballots yet? I heard the postal carriers union endorsed byeDUHn/hVrris. As far as the actual carriers, who knows?

This is the boilermakers, but every union, regardless of how it's leaders yap, have most members in favor of Trump {except the teachers and SEIU}.

In my neighborhood, there are two teachers for biden {their live in males are Trumpers}, eight other teachers for Trump, six are husband/wife the other two a married to someone that supports Trump but has a different job.

There maybe more that I don't know or have not expressed their opinions.

This is Westmoreland County and we went 62.5-35% for Trump in 2016, so it is not representative of the whole state of PA.

We will beat last cycles numbers in our county.

I work for the party, and I have never seen such high intensity and people cannot wait to vote.

Almost every one I know is going to vote in person, because we don't trust the mail in ballot system.

Of course Nixon had a good number of unions endorsing him in 1972 and the AFL-CIO remained neutral.

I do remember Hillary’s campaign not sending the Philadelphia precincts their walking around money last election. I guess her campaign just assumed people would come out and vote. I’ll bet Bidens people will not make the same mistake twice.

Early voting runs 10/17-10/30 in Nevada. I plan to put that to good use. :-)

Yup. The unions are a wildcard factor in many ways. Here in Vegas, Dem Gov Sisolak has shut down the state, so the Culinary Union won’t be the usual force dragging votes to the polls. A lot of subtle shifts going on that the polls won’t catch.

Can Free Traitors™, corporatists and globalists co-exist in the same ‘R’ party with nationalists, patriots and workers? In the long run probably not. The Republican will either be a nationalist workers party or state-ist, corporatist-globalist party. But I am glad for now some commonality exists.
