Exercising while wearing a mask is also a good way to blow out a lung or for some of us to stroke out.
Thanks.
Thanks. A chub & his mate asked my wife and I, “where are your masks?” while walking down Strand Blvd to the pier in Oceanside CA on vacay this summer. We stopped and fired back a verbal volley of 5 or so questions to Kevin & Karen...and kept walking. They did not want to take it to the next level. We would’ve left them in a bloody mess on the blvd.
BE PREPARED. CHOOSE your battles wisely and quickly. (That was one that we were ready, willing and prepared for). At least you should always be able to outrun some goofball slob.
Stay ALERT, HEALTHY, ARMED, ALIVE.

It’s amazing that how much that changes just stays the same.
Great graphic.
You will be chased down : )

no sh-t!!
Yes.
i have been trying to get people to revolt against the training burqua for six months. They whine back at me "that their stores require them" (no they don't. They can ask, you do not have to comply), it makes other people comfortable, (so?) it is the law, (no) and it can't hurt, (yes it does).
It is just adorable that my 80 year old mother has a bigger backbone then the majority of the country.
When, we had the serious California fires 3+ years ago, the lingering smoke was basically impossible to do anything in.
My private cardio at that time recommended to get some of the N95 masks to use outside and when the air was really bad inside. They worked and somewhere I have photos of the smoke and my exhaled debris. It was sickening.
Flash forward a couple of years and another local fire was lingering around with a lot of smoke.
While wearing the N95, I tried to walk about 100 yards with a mild 5% grade, and I couldn’t really breath. Fortunately, my wife was monitoring me. She took my pulse and it was over 100. She took the n95 off and had me make a handkerchief mask and to come inside.
About an hour later, I texted my new Cardio with our new HMO. I asked about wearing the N95 and noted what had happened to me.
His response, “Don’t wear the N95!.
4 months later I ended up with a stent. In my Post stent exam, he asked me if I remembered his text re don’t. I said yes. He said, remember that.
You don’t have enough melanin “privilege” to utter those sacred words.

One of these days; a few thousand Richard Dreyfuss types are going to remove their masks...
I wear one to get INTO the restaurant; where ALL the eaters are maskless!
Good one!
