Among other things, I teach Biblical Greek—and also appreciate that things had already been rolling on the Protestant side for just over 50 years before the Catholic side got rolling. Mom’s best friend growing up was the daughter of an Assemblies of God preacher.

I was taking basic modern Greek when the Covid 19 issue started. I had started late in the quarter but they let me in the class. Greek is a beautiful language, but Ive forgotten the most part of what I learned. My Greek class name was Aristotelis. It dawned on me later that my teacher named me after Telly Savalas, because I have a Kojak haircut.
