Only highlights what little regard that monster had for the Constitution.
Ginsburg's final wish was to not be replaced until a new president was sworn into officeWould Trump be "a new President" if he's re-elected? Or is the person that wrote the phony note an idiot?
I believe. I am only surprised that she did not name the specific person she deemed worthy of replacing her. Maybe it was such a short list that the only possible was NOTA. Ruth was an icon, you know. The queen of hubris.
Her dying wish is not law.
What were her first words after she died?
Of course not. DemonRats lie, people die.
As they said she was all about family being the most important thing in her life
Because whenever I leave a job, the employer always asks me who I think should make the decision about my replacement and when that seat should be filled.
Figure in black that points at me...
In reality I am surprised that she would say something so manifestly unconstitutional. And narcissistic.
We spent time re-reading the constitution and we found “Follow Ruth Bader Ginsberg’s final wish” right next to the law that specifically states that the government must pay for your abortion.
True fact..
No surprise here. She has always been a narcissist imo.
the origin of the quote - her long-time friend, Nina Totenberg of NPR:
18 Sept: NPR: Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Champion Of Gender Equality, Dies At 87
by Nina Totenberg, Weekend Edition Saturday
Just days before her death, as her strength waned, Ginsburg dictated this statement to her granddaughter Clara Spera: “My most fervent wish is that I will not be replaced until a new president is installed.”
She knew what was to come...

Snopes says it’s true! lol. links to the wrong NPR url, not the one above; proves its point with an actor/comedian’s tweet!
21 Sept: Snopes: Did Ginsburg Say Her Most Fervent Wish Was Not To Be Replaced by Trump?
The U.S. Supreme Court justice dictated a message to her granddaughter shortly before she died.
by DAN EVON
As transcribed by her granddaughter, U.S. Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg said: “My most fervent wish is that I will not be replaced until a new president is installed.”
RATING: Correct attribution
As McConnell reversed course in 2020, saying that Trump should be the one to nominate a replacement for Ginsburg (despite the fact that this seat on the Supreme Court Bench opened up just 46 days before an election), a quote supposedly uttered by Ginsburg during her final days expressing that her most fervent wish was not to be replaced by Trump started to circulate on social media:
TWEET: Kumail Nanjiani (ACTOR/COMEDIAN) - 19 Sept 2020
No matter where we go from here, this is a remarkably selfless statement to make on your deathbed:
“My most fervent wish is that I will not be replaced until a new President is installed.
RIP Ruth Bader Ginsburg.

This is a genuine quote from Ginsburg. This quote was first reported by NPR in an article about the Supreme Court judges death. Ginsburg dictated this statement to her granddaughter, Clara Spera, in the days before her death...
NPR reported:
‘Just days before her death, as her strength waned, Ginsburg dictated this statement to her granddaughter Clara Spera: My most fervent wish is that I will not be replaced until a new president is installed.’...
The above-displayed quote originated with Ginsburgs family. Spera described her close relationship with her grandmother, whom she called Bubbie, in a 2018 profile published by Glamour...
Despite the origins of this quote, Trump cast aspersions on this remark, baselessly claiming that it could have been written by a Democrat...

22 Sept: Daily Mail: REVEALED: Ruth Bader Ginsburg’s ‘most fervent’ deathbed wish to be replaced by ‘the next president’ was told to her granddaughter and made public in her obituary written by friend, an NPR reporter
Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg’s final wish was revealed in reporting by National Public Radio’s Nina Totenberg
Totenberg included those details in the obituary she wrote for Ginsburg Friday night
The NPR reporter said that Ginsburg dictated the statement to her granddaughter Clara Spera
’My most fervent wish is that I will not be replaced until a new president is installed,’ Ginsburg said
On Monday during an appearance on ‘Fox & Friends,’ President Donald Trump floated that the statement was a creation of top Congressional Democrats
’But that sounds like a Schumer deal or maybe a Pelosi or shifty Schiff,’ Trump suggested
By Nikki Schwab
Totenberg included the anecdote in the obituary she published LINK after Ginsburg’s death became public Friday night...

I believe this, she had no life and was demonic.
He anyone fact checked this statement. Does one even exist? Where is this granddaughter?
Even if it was her dying wish, so what? It was not her decision to make.
They should get that weird lady from Poltergeist to try and find out what Buzzie said on her deathbed.
First, you throw a tennis ball over her hospital bed.
If it disappears into the wall and comes out in a different room with yucky stuff on it, then you can try sending someone in tied to a rope.
Well get to the bottom of this...
Master Bader Ginburg was not of sound mind to make any rational statements for decades
