By the way you stupid fool who tried to embarrass me and claim there were sizzler’s in Texas and told me to go to DU to post this stuff and told me about using google.....I just checked the Sizzler website and although you look like a stupid fool now, although you really have your foot in your mouth because there are NO sizzlers in Texas.....there is one in Florida which I didn’t know about.
I bet you’ll do a bit more research now before sticking your foot in your mouth huh? U want to apologize like a man now? Probably not....bullies never do. Fool
Of course, a trip to El Paso requires a stop at Chico’s Tacos.

Sizzlers in Farmers Branch (serving the Metroplex) and one in Rosenberg, serving the Houston area. They had another up at Spring, but it’s closed now.>>>
I thought i’d give you a lesson on how to use google.....fool:

Of course...single order, w/double cheese :-)
Don’t forget the green sauce!
Whatever.
Nevermind the niceties, for your trip, then.
Take care.
I miss when we had a few of these in the Midwest. Great dinner option when you’re a poor young man just starting out on his own.

So true. I went to Sizzler many times when working in Los Angeles on Wilshire Blvd. Lunch break, alone, and good stuff.
Them bones, Them bones, Them rib bones!
All you could eat rib bones. I worked in one here in Ky when I was 17 that was 1988
Somehow two Malibu chickens came out wrong every time my break came up.
All the Mexican folks in Phoenix were trying to tell me the food there was authentic Mexican food.
Likely it was.
Tortillas and beans were served in abundance. The salsas were sometimes spicy, but not overly so. Meat cooked over wood.
But there was so little fresh vegetation...pico de gallo...fresh salsas...citrus...peppers...it seemed plain and not very appetizing.
In Tex Mex and California Fresh Mex I believe there is a broader spectrum of both flavors and colors.
At least that’s the opinion of this gringo who has been on a life long quest for the perfect taco. And has eaten more than one dish he should not have, in places that didn’t appear sanitary.
So were some of the steaks I got at Sizzler.
We lost ours years ago but I still remember the HUGE baked potatoes. Very reasonable prices too.
Last time I went to one they didn’t even have Malibu chicken on the menu anymore. I just left, bitterly disappointed. This was in the last five years.
The one in Farmers Branch has been closed since the 2000s. It was at 12675 Josey Lane; the franchisees tried to reopen and keep it going as Bob’s Steaks and then Bob & Linda’s Family Dining, but even that closed by 2014. They’ve been gone a long time.

2014: You can see where they left the lower half of the sign and replaced “Sizzler” with the “Bob & Linda” sign: https://goo.gl/maps/hLMNS7HcSNDPobTm8
2020: It was a Mexican seafood place in 2015, but that too failed by 2016. The place has been vacant and is now for sale: https://goo.gl/maps/ihbBFDUekPbTMuP29
See my post at 93, above.
Oh wow, I forgot all about the commercials.........dem bones dem bones.....LOL. thanks!

And for Mexican restaurants, get out of the lily white HOA and head over to the barrio. If the wait staff speaks English, you’re in the wrong place.>>>
Still nothing from this punk A$$ loser who was proved to be full of Horse@##$. No apology, no acknowledgement about how wrong he was. Typical. Coward in hiding.

We passed by the one in Farmer’s Branch in 2009 and saw there was no Sizzler there. Meaning it’s been gone for over a decade. The coward who tried to embarrass me has gone into hiding like all cowards do.
The Chinese Froo is not the cause, it’s the deliberate, ongoing criminal actions of the vile governors.

Hey google user expert. Instead of using some outdated information from some website called menuism, and ending up looking stupid, try using current accurate information. Can’t you read the posts above, even by other people? Sizzler fled Texas a long time ago. Over a decade ago. Here’s a tip. Use the corporate website for accurate information. Thanks Mr. expert google user:
