I think a lot of people needed their “fix” of football. No matter how screwed up the players made it, after plandemic, lockdowns etc people just wanted something normal again & football was normal for us.
I think ratings will drop more now that the absolute die hards have seen their fix.
And hopefully never watch overpaid overhyped semi-literate racists crap on everything they value about this country.
I had no idea that “Ethel Mermans disco album” existed.

Lot's of tax dollars going down the tubes with that one. With all these multimillion dollar salaries they can afford; one would think they afford to pay for a stadium without taxpayer dollars.
I am not saying this is a good thing (it's not) but it is they way it is. Assuming the season doesn't cancelled, I expect playoff and SB numbers to be back to normal.
Thats not exactly true...the kneeling and demonstrations stopped in 2019.
I and others were willing to forgive...not putting football ahead of flag and country.
For now, until they stfu, i will not be watching these overpaid whiners.
I’m really disappointed in my friends, they are proTrump but continue to watch. They’re addicted.
Sorry. I am addicted to Chris Collingsworth commentary.
Now that you know what most of the players think of you, how can you continue to be their fan? How far do they have to go before you turn away from them. As I said, when fans flocked back in 2019, their behavior was reinforced. If ratings had continued to decline in 2019, owners and the league wouldn’t have allowed this s#!t show. When players are working for 1/2 or 1/4 of current pay, they will reconsider their on field political activism.
yep...keep the record playing!
Again, now that they have decided that they will act like fools, i will not support them. LAST year when they played football, not woke ball, I would watch them.
I watch the game...i am too old to have football heroes. I no longer do since they would rather pose and posture. There are a lot of people i watch for their talent even tho i despise their politics such as musicians.
This nfl season is starting as a disaster because of their decisions. I hope they hurt for it.
Yeah, I want more, a lot more.
I gave it up several yrs ago in reaction to the league/players going along with Kaepernick.
NBA (never watched anyway), MLB, NASCAR, and now trickling down into college.
Weekends are free.
Haven’t watched a single play this year - and intend to keep it up...gonna have a perfect, no-watch season.
If I never see a helmet full of dreads running with a ball again, it won’t bother me a bit!
