Rep. Tulsi Gabbard (D-Hawaii) has put forward a bipartisan bill aiming to improve the security of vote-by-mail. It proposes to incentivize states to ban ballot harvesting.
Twitter: Banning ballot harvesting is not a partisan issue. It's been used & abused in states like North Carolina and California & is ripe for fraud.

It's "bi-partisan" but I don't many other dems will vote for it.

I disagree with her about guns and abortion. I agree with her (and with Trump) about stopping the deep state (Kerry, Ben Rhodes, Hillary) from keeping us in stupid wars.
I liked her. But she never went after Biden. What’s up with that?
