ACB isnt a total blank slate on 2A. You can get some glimpses into her broader 2A views by reading her dissent in Kanter v. Barr.
I highly doubt that. More likely Thomas would retire in 2023 at the end of Trump’s term for a much deserved retirement.
The nominee should be helpful to Trump’s re-election. And I believe Lagao will do that, more than ACB.

I say we push Barrett. Get Mittens, Sasse and Murky on the side and put the screws to them. Get a firm yes commitment before putting up Barrett’s nomination.
