Fox News was correct in a way but should have stated it differently. Ballots that are postmarked after 8 PM on election day will not be valid, but ballots without postmarks will be valid.
Anyway, all good Americans in Pennsylvania need to get involved and campaign in all little ways possible. Talk to other people about freedoms. Wear the T-shirts, hats, bumper stickers, decals, signs, etc. Our most important freedoms are at stake, and this might be the last chance to defend them.

The Court has no jurisdiction. The power to decide the time of the election is totally up to the Legislature.

I am a PA poll watcher during the whole election day. Who in the hell is going to be around to watch the opening of the "late ballots" for three days.
Do you know that PA has 11,000 precincts and each one receives the absentee {mail in} ballots.
In past elections, we would stay until all the mail in ballots were opened and verified...but now?
What prevents total, absolute fraud with this fustercluck?
And, they DO NOT have to be postmarked.
This couldn’t be a more obvious sign impending vote counting FRAUD involving millions of fake demon-rat ballots that are all waiting to be postmarked at the last minute.

All swing states, except for CO and NV send out requests for mail in or absentee ballots, not LIVE ballots. So I did a little checking:
I went and decided to look up the composition of some swing state’s supreme courts. In each case, the number of Dem judges is first, Rep judges is second:
OH 2-5
GA 1-8
AZ 0-7
NC 6-1
WI - elected, but thought to be conservative majority
NH 2-2
PA 7-2
FL 0-7 (although 3 of the appointees were when Crist was gov, so who knows how Republican they are?)
CO 6-1
Then I went to peek into the appeals courts governing some of the swing states. This is where Mitch & DJT really came up shootin’. I just shudder to think if they hadn’t.....
In no particular geographical order (naming the swingers though), but the Dem/Rep thing is the same:
10th Circuit (Colorado & NM) 7-5
6th Circuit (Ohio & Michigan) 5-11
7th Circuit (Wisconsin) 2-9
3rd Circuit (PA) 6-8
11th Circuit (FL and Georgia) 5-7
1st Circuit (NH) 4-2
4th Circuit (VA and Carolinas) 8-7

Ballots are not prepaid.
I would guess that this would depend on the state, and the type of ballot (absentee vs mass mail out like in Nevada). But my understanding is many of these “mail out” ballots are postage pre-paid by the various state(s), and that that the USPS does not post mark them.
I think they could easily post mark ballots, but a federal court just ordered them to make no changes. Not sure of the exact details on that court order. Though like Andrew Jackson said, the court issued its ruling let them enforce it. If the USPS decides that to keep a free and fair election they need to post mark the ballots they can do it and nobody can stop them, but their own work force.

Yes you are right but imo it’s far more than just that. It seems to me the left are envious of the Communist Chinese Party and other autocratic regimes. They love that the media is in their pocket. They love that they can force social media companies to take down posts that are “fact check unapproved” and the ability to ban users who’s speech they find offensive... and call it “hate” and “offensive”.
It’s insanity that there is even any real question about who needs to lose the election in 2020. It needs to be a rout to push the leftists out of power; or to just get rid of all the unprincipled Democrats who tacitly approve of this end-run around the 1st Amendment because it benefits their party and let the lunatics run the Democrat as a small minority power party.
