That's what the guy shot in June in ABQ did - he was using the skateboard to hit Steven Baca after chasing Baca, who had retreated down the street after already being attacked with the skateboard at the Onate statue protest. As Baca was coming up from the ground after being tackled, he saw the skateboard being swung at him and fired his handgun four times. He hit the skateboard attacker but didn't kill him (his insides were pretty messed up though). The attacker (who says he was shot nine times) claims he was only trying to knock the handgun out of Baca's hand when he was shot.
Baca's charged with attempted murder and carrying a concealed gun with out a CC permit. With the hatred of the Antifa types, he would have been severely injured if not killed if he had not fired. The NM "Civil Militia" was on site and armed, but didn't participate and were not bothered. However, after the shooting they protected Baca from further attack as Baca dropped the gun and started to use his cell phone. When the police showed up (they had been told to stay hidden behind a nearby building) they arrested Baca and the Civil Militia and took their guns. The Militia members were released but at the time police kept their guns (don't know if they got them back).
The DA prosecuting Baca is one of those that Soros had elected.
