Where do you go to get educated on how other races have it out for you if you are white and how to take maximum advantage of any liabilities that may crop up?

Its obvious they do because this training exists.

Not providing this for white people is racist.

I handle security clearance appeals and I would take this guy’s case for expenses only. Absolutely ridiculous. And an abuse of power.

So how many of the Obama administration deep state folks still have top security clearances?

Good question.

Dilbert is a documentary.

Sadly this type of corporate culture is ubiquitous.

Not only that, it’s everywhere!

Before the shut down, the occasional corp white shirt would come into the building.

Subordinates did not speak to them unless they spoke to you.

Several times a white shirt stopped me and asked about problems I encountered.

I told them and they replied; "I have never heard of such a thing".

Me?: I guess it does not make it up the Chain of Command.

Managers trying not to draw attention to themselves by not taken problems up the chain.

Also Chris Rufo, an attorney who was planning to sue the crap out of these agencies to get them to stop.

Yeah, I was one of the corporate guys “changing” things. I used to deal with “you” all the time. I learned a bunch by calling you and talking.

99% of the time we would make it work.

That % of the time we didn’t is because of interpersonal issues within the local org. I actually found field guys who would not talk to a specific dispatcher because she gave one of the field techs herpes. Instead, it was the unwritten policy to call customer service, stay on hold, and take up three people’s time to report a problem fix.

I loved that job. Some of the stuff you learn makes your head spin. Then the MBAs took over. That’s when I left. People were “told”, there was no more conversation.

Glaring difference how “whistleblowers” are treated depending on who is being exposed. “Whistleblowers” that support the Democrat/left agenda are lauded as heros, while those that contradict or expose the left are deemed criminals.
