I don’t like Biden and if I thought that is what he was doing, I would say it.
Sessions was doing something with her hair, fixing a little snag or something. Biden put his hand out to help or pint it out.
But I didn’t think Sessions touched Biden. I thought Biden was too far away for his hand to reach. As best I could see, Sessions didn’t look at Biden’s hand at all.
