The Trump administration can end humanitarian protections that have allowed hundreds of thousands of people from El Salvador, Nicaragua, Haiti and Sudan to remain in the United States, a divided appeals court ruled Monday.

Giving judges this power over us was a huge mistake. Even when I agree with their rulings It rubs me the wrong way that we have to get their permission for stuff like this.

I’ll President Trump asked to do is say the American people are boss and if they don’t like it they can elect someone who will do something different.

I wish that were true.
Unfortunately, it is another bait-and-switch political scam.
About two years ago, Trump ordered the Department of Homeland Security to directly assist every TPS immigrant from every TPS country.
DHS has actively helped hundreds of thousands of TPS immigrants to register under different programs that have a legal pathway to Green Cards.
Bottom Line...
The vast majority of TPS immigrants who want to stay in the USA will eventually get a back door Amnesty.

2 of 3 judge panel of 9th circuit, it'll be appealed to the whole court & probably overturned either Trump wins or not.
I barely remember the El Salvadoran quake in 2001. Those refugees are still "temporarily" here almost 20 years later?
