FORMER BIDEN CAMPAIGN STAFFER: Joe Biden is in the early stages of dementia and is on medication for it.
"This is the big one, and the one I have the least direct experience with, but it’s been an open secret for some time. Anyone who has had a relative with Alzheimer’s or dementia can tell you, there are good days and bad days. On the good days, when Joe is at his most lucid, his campaign manager Jen will send him out for photo ops or TV interviews… make hay while the sun is shining, you know? On the bad days, Jen just tells the press pool “No Joe today,” and they’re all like, “Okay, cool!” Most of the time, he’s just a little foggy and gets really agitated. But one of my co-workers told me that back in May, there was a day where he thought he was running against Gary Hart in the ’84 primary again. Joe went under wraps for several days after that.
He’s been more lucid recently because his physician, Dr. O’Connor, put him on Namenda. Jen apparently was worried about someone finding it out, because she insisted that he prescribe it under a series of phony names, and then have the interns pick it up. I bet there are a lot of pharmacists in Philly wondering why there are so many young people on Namenda.
The dementia medication has had, um… unfortunate side effects.
The medication has made Joe incontinent. Though his “good days” have increased dramatically, he can barely get through a press event without running to the bathroom. That’s why he didn’t take questions after announcing Harris as his running mate. They weren’t afraid of the questions, the press loves him… they were afraid he was going to piss his pants on-camera.

Words and actions that are habitual become entrained when cognition declines and the filters no longer function.
If you used expletives a lot, you will be left with them. If you immediately responded with a cocked fist and anger, that will remain. If you had violent or profane thoughts that you suppressed, but did not try to counter, they will emerge in force. If you made no attempt to recall the forgotten names/faces/nouns, you will lose them. If you depend on filler phrases, they will remain.
This is true in normal aging, as well. It is wise to do all one can to mediate thought and word and deed while one is still mentally in charge.
When I blank on a name/face/place, I go through the *sounds like* words that come to mind and mull it over, attempting to find roundabout paths to the correct word. This helps a lot. Like a consistent misspelling, I try to be aware of the weak noun and if I have to look it up over and over, that just helps etch it into my mind. The negative habits, I really try to avoid, in thought and deed.
Decades ago, I learned to eliminate *um* & *ahh* from speech. I made myself stay silent if I didn’t have the exact word or to reword the thought on the fly if I drew a blank. This annoys some listeners, because you appear to be a know-it-all pedant, but it trains you not to grope around and flail in public speaking.
When I write, I use spell check. I sometimes have to use a search engine because spell check engines have limited vocabulary and I also proof read. Even then, typos appear, but making oneself cognizant of presentation helps keep your mind sharp as much as possible.
We all age and what is a gross failing with dementia is at least a minor failing of normal aging. Biden evidently never had much self-awareness to begin with, so his losses are that much more apparent while his habits of thought become more pronounced.
Remember when POTUS Trump said he hoped the DEMONcRAT Nominee would be Hiden Biden?
I think that was after Lieawatha dropped out. I think she was his first choice.

Dems/MSM are too far into their gaslighting to acknowledge Biden health skeptics were right all along. He’ll be disabled or die by some previously unknown or sudden condition. Maybe even an ‘accident’.
I will be shocked as hell if any kind of debate between Biden and Trump actually occurs.

Joe has advancing dementia / Alzheimer’s, a very sad and terminal disease. If something else does not kill him he will eventually become incoherent, listless, unable to swallow and starve to death. I have seen it all and it is pitiful.

Make no mistake about it, Kamala Harris is running for president. Her wish has some true. Joe will not last very much longer before they take him out at a convenient time. He is a dead man walking one way or another.

If speculation on our side that Trump has no tax problems, but has been resisting disclosure on principle, are correct, wouldn’t it be delicious if he were to say, “OK. Hard to keep something like that secret, it only takes one of the real insiders to start talking and it spreads all over a campaign like wildfire.

What a lot of people don't realize is Alzheimer's is downhill all the way , no stopping. There is no hope of recovery.
All the Memantine/Namenda , Donepezil will not stop it.
What the Medical profession fails to get across is that Alzheimers patients will have Delusions, Hallucinations and Paranoia, not just memory loss and bizarre behavior.
And recent memory loss doesn't just mean yesterday , last week or last summer; it can mean 10 minutes ago.
If Biden does have Alzheimers, and not some other form of Dementia, it will get worse before the November election. -Tom
