Pennsylvania has already suffered one interminable mail-vote delay in 2020, and a repeat in November could draw the entire country into a legal brawl, while putting the result of the presidential election into serious doubt. How about heading off this too-predictable debacle before it happens?
A week after the June 2 primary, about half the counties in the Keystone State were still tallying ballots. On June 11, Philadelphia alone had 42,255 votes uncounted. President Trump won Pennsylvania in 2016 by 44,292.
If Mr. Trump and Joe Biden run neck and neck in November, how long might Pennsylvania keep the Electoral College hanging? In the campaign’s closing weeks, arriving mail votes will pile up in local offices, but state law says they can’t be processed until 7 a.m. on Election Day. This wasn’t enough preparation to give timely results when 1.5 million residents voted absentee in June, and it won’t be in November.
Tight deadlines are another problem. Pennsylvanians can request a mail ballot as late as 5 p.m. on Oct. 27. For votes to count, they must arrive at local election offices by 8 p.m. on Nov. 3. That leaves seven days, including a Sunday, for applications to be handled, blank ballots delivered, and votes dropped off or return mailed. The U.S. Postal Service says such a turnaround is unrealistic and creates a high risk of tardiness. America’s first postmaster general, Ben Franklin, would be unhappy to see his Pennsylvania setting up the USPS for failure.
In some states, straggling ballots are valid if they’re postmarked by Election Day. Pennsylvania law has no similar provision, but Democrats are asking the state Supreme Court to conjure one. Gov. Tom Wolf, a Democrat, wants to count votes arriving by Nov. 6.

The state is going to be rife with democrap fraud.
Any mailed ballot that arrives after Nov. 3rd should be tossed into the trash can.
There is a hard deadline, sometime in early December, by which states need to certify the choice of electors to the electoral college.
If they are still messing around with counting votes and recounting, etc. past the deadline, in the worst case, Pennsylvania would lose its electoral votes for this election.
I don’t know if that has ever happened in American history, but, if a state just can’t certify their electoral votes by the deadline, that penalty of losing electoral votes for this election could happen.
The best solution, which we can’t count on, would be that Trump gets a majority of electoral votes from other states, so that the Pennsylvania nightmare won’t matter.
Fraud is nothing new in PA - it will just be ramped up with the addition of mail-in voting.
It’ll be the usual suspects, Philadelphia, and Pittsburgh. In the rest of the state, President Trump is loved and praised, while Biden is reviled.
Anybody who doesn't know this already is a moron.
This is the era of snowflakery and “fairness” and “empowering the disenfranchised.”. There is no way in hell a state’s electoral are going to be tossed over a legal deadline, lost especially not of the Left is losing.

Unfortunately, corrupt leftist election judges will certify all Demonicrat ballots regardless of when they arrive as long as the postmark appears to be on or before Nov. 3rd.
The DeepState USPS will make sure that all the phony Demonicrat ballots needed to overturn the presidential election are predated back to Nov. 3rd or earlier.
Vote Fraud is the only way they can win. And they are going full out with it. Every method- In mass. It there minds they have nothing to loose.
This is intentional by the same people are causing chaos all over this country right now that’s all they know is chaos and destruction and tearing things apart.

If you don’t turn in your results on time you are disqualified.
This should not be an issue; this is easily solved.
Election Day should be a national holiday. No commerce whatsoever.
All voting takes place on Election Day only.
All voting is done in person, no exceptions
You must present a valid government issues photo ID in order to vote.
All votes are manually cast on paper
The penalty for voter fraud is an automatic life sentence without the possibility of parole. Sentence carried out by committing convicted criminal to a SuperMax prison where they will be in isolation 24/7/365.
Put a few of these traitors in prison and this nonsense will stop.
There’s a clear contradiction and inherent flaw when you have an election process governed by state laws that rely on a Federal agency like the U.S. postal service to deliver the ballots. There’s an obvious “chain of custody” problem along with the basic unreliability of the USPS to deliver mail to the correct address in a timely fashion.
They have created this all-or-nothing battle for both sides. Their 2 sole goals are total power, and the destruction of traditional America. If they cannot cheat their way into the former, the will tear down everything and start a civil war to attain the latter.
In some states, provision is made that if the vote isn’t settled by a specific date, then the state legislature will convene and vote on who gets the electors.
This is what would have happened in Florida in Bush v Gore.
