There’s the land assist. Storm gains an aesthetically pleasing appearance.
Little jog right on the last wobble and I don’t feel it will recover back into line. Eastern Mobile Bay?
It has stabilized.
Minimal hurricane on final approach. Landfall in ~10-13 hours.

It is a beautiful farm. We just bought 42 acres in Foley, Alabama. It’s in Baldwin county, the one on the east side of Mobile Bay. It’s a peanut field right now. Hope the farmer doesn’t lose his crop. I’ve never had to worry about two places before. I guess Sally is going to decide for us rather to sell this place and move south or not.

Sally is the slowest moving hurricane I can remember. Terrifying wind for hours and hours. Here in the desert it is not unusual to get winds 70-90 mph that go on for 24-36 hours. It wears on the soul.
Holding good thoughts for the folks in the path.
