The establishment press continues to peddle the notion that what we are seeing across the nation is nothing more than “peaceful protest” designed to achieve change within the existing system. No doubt, even many people in the streets believe this. They think they are marching for more “humane” police forces, or reduced incarceration, or a few new social programs. They believe that, when the protests and riots are over, they will still live in the United States that they knew before, but it will just be a slightly better nation.

And many never-trumpers don’t seem to mind that this will be the result of their vote against trump. Telling them, just results in scoffing and mumbling the two side argument or a trump talking point. They simply so not believe their lying eyes or ears. After ll the NYT says Joe is the cat’s meow and trump is the devil. Who are they going to believe? The NYT or the messengers?
Will Trump supporters be protected during election time or will they have to rely on their 2nd Amendment rights?
I agree. They will drag the election out until they win it.
When suburbanites start to see their entire communities go up in smoke maybe that will trigger a reaction?

Too many are assuming there are only two sides in the upcoming fight. The Spanish Civil War had 5 sides, iirc. We have at least three, Muslo-Marxist, Masonic-DeepState-Neocon-Never-Trumpers and us.
How many neocon generals (easily 3/4s are) would see an opportunity to seize control while the country is in conflict / martial law. Too easy to assassinate the President (God forbid), and then blame the lefties.
There is the argument that while that fact will tend to enhance family security, that was the "last war".
The outcome of our current war may well depend on how many local councils, mayoral seats, governorships, as well as other state and federal elected offices the Left is able to capture. And that is to say nothing of cleaning up our K-12 curriculum.
