Federal investigators determined that the Secret Service was “reasonable” in choke slamming a photographer at a February 2016 Trump rally at Radford University in Virginia.
Videos emerged shortly after the event showing the photographer, Christopher Morris, getting slammed to the ground by a Secret Service agent in a gray suit, who was identified as William Figueroa.
According to a classified Department of Homeland Security (DHS) inspector general report obtained by Politico, investigators found the “use of force was reasonable in light of the totality of the circumstances.”
Among other reasons, investigators found that Figueroa was acting in self-defense amid the possibility that Morris may have used his camera as a weapon. The report also determined that the agent did not try to choke Morris, and that if he did place his hand on his throat it was on accident.
The watchdog report reveals that federal prosecutors considered bringing criminal charges against Morris and Figueroa, but decided not to file a case against either of them.
Morris declined to speak with investigators during the curation of the report on advice from Time magazine attorneys, according to Politico. Morris was not covering the rally but was there to follow then-candidate Trump on the plane ride, where he was supposed to take portraits of him.

Judical Watch’s complaint doesn’t specify an exact date...only 2009. There seems to be enough info that we should be able to track down the exact date.

A former Secret Service agent assigned to ehen-VP Joe Biden's residence claims that the Secret Service often had to protect female agents from him.
Speaking on the condition of anonymity, the agent asserted that, “We had to cancel the VP Christmas get together at the Vice President’s house because Biden would grope all of our wives and girlfriend’s asses.”
The annual party was for agents and Navy personnel who were tasked with protecting the Biden family.
“He would mess with every single woman or teen. It was horrible,” the agent said.
According to the source, a Secret Service agent once got suspended for a week in 2009 for shoving Biden after he cupped his girlfriend’s breast while the couple was taking a photo with him. The situation got so heated, the source tells Big League, that others had to step in to prevent the agent from hitting the then-Vice President.
Biden was behind the agent’s girlfriend with both hands on her breasts and grinding her rear. He was sexually molesting her with lots of witnesses.

The Secret Service agents stopped attending Holiday parties at Biden’s Vice Presidential residence when he repeatedly used the occasions to get “handsy” with all their wives/girlfriends. I’d love to see a real journalist ask Jill how she feels about this, his skinny-dipping in front of female agents and the rape accusations of Tara Reade. He was willing to fool around with other women as a married man - something SHE was a part of - so I guess Jill’s used to it. What a sleezeball!

Read the article again. They obtained classified information. It was illegally leaked. It wasn't a FOIA request.
