SALEM, Ore. -- Authorities in Oregon now say more than 500,000 people statewide have been forced to evacuate because of wildfires.

The latest figures from Thursday evening come from the Oregon Office of Emergency Management. That’s over 10% of the state’s 4.2 million population.

More than 1,400 square miles (3,625 square kilometers) have burned this week in the state. Authorities say the wildfire activity was particularly acute Thursday afternoon in northwestern Oregon as hot, windy conditions continued.

At a news conference Thursday, Gov. Kate Brown said there have been fatalities but the exact number is not yet known. There have been at least three reported fire deaths in the state.

Any evidence that Antifa is setting these fires?

900,000 acres now burned in Oregon alone, and that just started in the last 3-4 days.

Just wow.

Antifa arson squads doing this .
For sure .
Shoot on sight .

Militias need to start running patrols on the back roads .

Identify and burn the Antifa hideout camps
Offer bounty to neighbors that turn them in . They are out there , been there for years. Especially down around Eugene

“Wildfires”

Like the California variety that always crops up when the Gulf and East coasts are hit by tropical storms and hurricanes. Thus offsetting FEMA bucks.

how many of these fires are the result of arson? If arson is involved, was it antifa and Black Lies Matter?

Antifa. Mark my words.

If Oregon is anything like California, I'd just place my blame on their State legislature, and judges, that have shutdown various lumber enterprises, stopped forest harvesting, and just let brush, and various kindling, overgrow the forests.

I certainly wouldn't put anything below AntiFA, but my first suspicion would just be government mis-management, allowing the forests to get into such a state that they'd just need a 'spark' to unleash disaster.

And Oregon Governor Kate and Washington Governor Inslee have the audacity to blame this tragedy on ‘climate change’ instead of poor forest management, these 2 need to be thrown out of office on their asses and tarred and feathered!!

While I do not dispute your observations—the current fires around my house here in Butte County were started by lightening on August 17th. 47 fires were started in the county that day...In PLumas county the Claremont Fire started and for the most part the Claremont and Bear Fires were left to fight other more pressing fires in the area. Understandable. This week winds came blowing through. The Bear Fire joined up with the Claremont and spread 30 FREAKING MILES in 18 HOURS> Think about it....30 miles in 18 hours.

330,000 acres (515 square miles!) burned in 24 hours in Washington state after Monday’s huge windstorm sparked fires all over Idaho and Washington. Lots of wheat was lost, not just trees.

Terrible. Best wishes to everyone outrunning the fires.

Family friends from Florida moved to Oregon 4 years ago, and got word last night their house had just burned up. They had escaped earlier, and were holing up in Salem. So sad.

Antifa and BLM set many of these fires throughout CA, OR and WA.

Don't believe that they did?

Read the article at this link. It's not long.

https://bluelivesmatter.blue/police-arrest-multiple-suspects-in-connection-with-west-coast-wildfires/

Quote from that article ...

“Over 26,000 firefighters and support personnel are currently fighting a total of 102 large-scale fires that have burned over 4.4 million acres in 12 states so far.”

Then scan through the twitter posts at this link.

Numerous posts about arson arrests and witnesses.

I am in Clackamas County where the two major wildfires are about to merge. Most of county is at level 3 evac (GO.) At level 2 evac zone here at the moment. Funny on news tonight a PU truck was driving into Molalla fire command center with a large US & Trump flag in back. Can’t show that/s. Anyway, temps down, humidity up, wind nearly calm. Rain is expected in a few days. News said resources are coming from as far as Utah. National guard called in to help. If this can in any way be tied to ANTIFA, someone is going to pay dearly.
