I'm surprised that there hasn't been more mass civil disobedience from business owners who tell these wannabe dictator governors to stick it where the sun don't shine.
It's obvious that Gov. West's orders are arbitrary and capricious and have no basis in rationale for protecting the safety and health of the citizenry of Pennsylvania.
They are meant to punish business owners, especially restaurants, from earning a livelihood and control them to the point of breaking their backs.
It's this kind of onerous and punitive government behavior that will cause a civil war in this country, not the riots in the cities.
What is with the Lefts obsession with bars. They sound like some 19th Century temperance league.
That we ALLOWED this to occur without rising up and killing the dictators will be a stain on us for years to come.

In Pennsylvania it all began in June when Allegheny County (Pittsburgh) saw an uptick in new cases among young adults and “contact tracers” linked them to bars and restaurants-—NOT, of course, the rioting which was in full bloom.
Allegheny has its own Health Department which can exceed the dictates of the PA Department of Health, so they did, and reduced restaurant capacity
Then Tommie the Commie did another one-size-doesn’t-fit all and slapped the same limits on the entire Commonwealth.
JUST WHERE ARE ALL THE PENNSYLVANIA REPUBLICANS IN CONGRESS!!!!?????!!!!!

Actually the question should be “where all the Pennsylvania Republicans in the Legislature?”.
They hold a majority but not a veto-proof one.
And the courts always take Tommie’s side.
