Colorado Secretary of State Jena Griswold threatened to refer President Trump for prosecution after he seemed to suggest that North Carolinians try to vote two ways in the November election.

Griswold said she would include the president in prosecution for suspected cases of double voting "if it makes sense."

"In Colorado, we take double voting seriously and refer all suspected cases for legal enforcement," the Colorado secretary wrote on Twitter. "If it makes sense, I will include @realDonaldTrump in the referral for prosecution. He may not have presidential immunity anymore depending on the election."

She’s an idiot. She will never call to prosecute any liberal for illegally registering to vote.

"double voting" is a LIE!

That is NOT what Trump said!

Trump said to vote by mail and then show up in person TO VERIFY YOUR MAIL BALLOT WAS COUNTED!!!!

If it wasn't, then you have the perfect right to vote in person.

Well, I believe you if you say so. That wasnt explained very well when I registered (intentionally so?). How will I know where the voting location is for my precinct? I have never seen one here? I will have to see if its in the neighborhood or if I have to drive 20+ miles.

I’ve been voting in person since I got out of the military in ‘97. I’m in north Denver.

I would like to take this POS on a campping trip. Huerfano County has a legacy of double voting and ballot box stuffing dating back to the depression.

Ok, I am looking at the polling locations now. None of which is within 20 miles of me or where I work, so that may be why I was ‘steered’ to mail in when I registered. I have yet to actually see a polling place when its up and running, and I dont think I have an assigned polling station within the county, something I was used to previously. If you can go to any location, do they all have all the registrars so they can see that you are registered, and if so, do they have a way to prevent the same person from going to multiple polling stations? That was why you had an assigned polling place previously. But that was with paper registrars. Is it all online now?

Ah, but Obama urging illegals to cast votes in 2012, and assuring them that no one will check their eligibility, was totally acceptable. I wonder how many actually followed his advice.

I have been an election judge in Colorado since 2012. If someone comes into vote in person I can see if they have already voted or if they have received a ballot in the mail. A lot of people do vote by mail and we can see that too.

You are the fountain then, and I say that with the greatest respect. I appreciate your reply. Do you then feel the system has integrity? Its not possible for someone to vote in multiple places on election day, or if a ballot is in the mail system that it can be double counted with an in person vote just by the timing of one vs the other? While I am asking, how can I see that my mail in vote was actually counted and not ‘lost’?

Didn’t Obama tell the illegals to go ahead and vote that they would be safe?
