she got started as a black female phil donahue, progressed onto jerry springer type antics, then man-hating, vowing never to hire a white person, etc... her whole career is based upon racism - hers

If you dont succeed, its racisms or capitalisms fault and you really dont stand a chance as long as the system hasnt changed.
The underlying message here is the same Democrat mantra...you simply CANNOT succeed without our help. Today, the Democrat Party wants to dismantle everything. And you, poor bastard, need us if you have any hope of success. This is the same racist lie they have been telling for decades/generations just in different packaging.

We have had a two-term black president and first family, and there black people elected or appointed to office at every level. There are still racist people here and there in the USA, but “systemic” racism? Does not exist.

There is a class of colored people who make a business of keeping the troubles, the wrongs, and the hardships of the Negro race before the public.
Having learned that they are able to make a living out of their troubles, they have grown into the settled habit of advertising their wrongs-partly because they want sympathy and partly because it pays.
Some of these people do not want the Negro to lose his grievances, because they do not want to lose their jobs.
- Booker T. Washington, historical black educator and Presidential advisor
There is a class of women...

systemic exploitation of protective pigmentation - Oprah will end up in history books as the female PT Barnum.
Racial unhappiness will continue in this country until guilty white liberals stop feeling sorry for the 13% of the population who refuse to assimilate into American culture and make a living convincing the gullible that everything wrong in their lives is somebody else's fault.

Aside: people who have time to feel oppressed by statues and place names are not oppressed at all.

Individual responsibility and individuality has been removed and replaced with excuses they can use as to why they cant have what they want. No longer is it you are not qualified, have the necessary experience, dress and look the part. Its now systemic racism that is the reason why you cant have that lawyers position, its not the nose ring, dreg locks, red hair and tattoos on your first interview. We have a dumbed down degraded society now that demands to be accepted for what they are not who they are leading to inept, unqualified, people in positions they would not normally have and we have to accept it and move on.

Teen with 4.0 graduates from a poor mountain town in Appalachia. Poor black child grates from inner city with 4.0.
One has a great opportunity to go to an Ivy League fully funded.

In the current debate on racism there is one phrase that keeps popping up: systemic racism. The only systemic racism that I know of goes by a different name: Affirmative Action.
