One of the Black Lives Matter protesters now facing felony rioting and misdemeanor graffiti charges — after a window-smashing free-for-all in Manhattan — is a wealthy Upper East Sider whose mother is an architect and whose father is a child psychiatrist.
Clara Kraebber, 20, is one of eight people arrested Friday night after a roiling, three-hour rampage that police say caused at least $100,000 in damage from Foley Square up to 24th Street.
“Every city, every town, burn the precinct to the ground!” the group chanted as it moved up Lafayette Street while busting the plate glass facades of banks, Starbucks and Duane-Reades.

Only child psychologist I have known had 2 kids that fell off the rail. Badly.
The daughter was drop dead gorgeous and intelligent. Son was smart too. Both dropped out of HS by sophomore years to lead coke whore and trailer park lives. One of the saddest things I’ve ever witnessed as they were good friends until they broke bad. Still sadly reminisce occasionally with another old friend about what happened to them. Suspect nobody could have done much.
Ran into the son in our mid 20s. My life was on track, his was not. Only good out of the encounter was seeing his mother one last time. She was great and daughter obviously resembled her. Heard the son later used her credit cards and was asked to not come back.
