Two self-described supporters of the anti-government 'Boogaloo' movement have been arrested and charged with attempting to provide material support to Hamas in a bizarre alleged plot to bomb a county courthouse and assassinate white supremacists and national politicians.

Michael Robert Solomon, 30, and Benjamin Ryan Teeter, 22, were arrested on Thursday in Minnesota on federal charges of attempting to provide material support to a designated foreign terrorist organization.

The Boogaloo movement is a loosely organized network of anti-government extremists who advocate the violent overthrow of the U.S. government, and predict and hope for an impending civil war, which they refer to as 'Civil War 2: Electric Boogaloo,' a reference to the title of the 1984 sequel to the film Breakin'......

Sure sounds like gaslighting to me. I can't tell from what is discussed what these guys actually did except fell for a couple of FBI agents posing as Hamas agents to induce them to do whatever it is we don't know.

I have skimmed the affidavit, but not read everything in detail. I have to say it sounds rather implausible. It describes the Boogaloo Bois as wanting to destroy government monuments. THat's just a bit too cute for credibility. Reading lots of stuff about what the supposed rightwing fascist revolutionaries want to do, this is the first time I have seen anything about destroying monuments. You would think, in the interests of intellectual consistency, that they would at least want to save confederate memorials or some such.

Not that I think any of these folks are smart...but..
