Washington, DC is worth saving. Many of the other cities have priceless museums and points of geological or historic interest that should not be destroyed, such as Philadelphia and New York. Giving in to the mob is not a viable option. Its not even an appropriate compromise. There can be no compromise with anarchy, fascism or tyranny.
In the end, this is about bad governance, but bad governance that seemingly can't be replaced because one party dominates, and the other party is too wimpy and docile to make a difference (I personally believe that the GOP is a fake political party, but that's just me). It's time to start thinking outside the box, and outside of these zombie cities. I have no interest in rewarding bad behavior.
It has been 2 years since I left Prince George’s county. In that amount of time Muriel Bowser had made Marion Barry’s years as mayor of DC look like a “Golden Age.”
