the black man, who Hamideh believed to be mentally ill, is seen walking towards the white soldier and lunging toward him. As the two men make contact, the soldier punches him hard to the side of his face.
The soldier then forces him to the ground and sits down on his chest, yelling for someone to call the police.
Dozens of bystanders immediately race towards the scene of the scuffle, urging the soldier to stop'.
The man is seen squirming under the weight of the soldier as he attempts to free himself and screaming out for the soldier to get the f*** off of me.
As more bystanders flocked to the scene, one is heard angrily asking the soldier whether he is a white supremacist, or something.
A second bystander, dressed in a red t-shirt, interjects: This isnt about race. Dont make it about race. He continues by telling bystanders they dont know the full story, and the man being pinned down had been causing problems earlier in the area, and police were called.

Hamideh said the incident between the black man and the white man in military fatigues was sparked when the man spat on the soldiers car. The pair then exchanged words, with the man making disparaging remarks about the military to the soldier, before calling him a p****.

Video shows the bystander in the red t-shirt urging others to step back and give the soldier space. You do not know whats been happening all day. At least understand the facts before you open your mouth. You have no business here, back away, he says.
A woman then races over and begins berating the soldier, describing how she had seen him run over to the black man and pummel him for no reason.

So predictable... when the cops finally showed up, up from the black mini-mob came the distinct cries of He dindu nuffin...
No, the incident in Rochester involved the arrest and subsequent death of a mentally ill man.
Has a special forces sword with two bolts on right arm.
He is not wearing a Ranger patch over his left shoulder and it’s hard to tell if he is Airborne but something seems to be over his left shirt pocket. It could be several things, Airborne, Air Assault, EOD or more.
Not a Ranger.
His combat patch is Civil Affairs.
RLTW.
Listening to the Feral Animals LIE to the Cops as they arrive. “He Dindu Nuffins!” One Lies and the whole Magilla Troop swears to it. F these animals, they don’t deserve a civilized society.
black dude is most likely antifa
They think, it won't end well for them....
Combat veteran. Better tread lightly.
HA HA!!
See my guess at dialogue when the wheelchair guy with the baseball bat came up...
What kind of "metal"? Gold? Yeah. I'd give him Gold. :-)
Full Metal Jacket: The Story of How R. Lee Ermey Made Sgt. Hartman an Icon
My favorite part was when Stanley Kubrik put a tape recorder in front of Ermy, and asked him to spit out as many obscene insults as he could remember that he used on recruits when he was a DI in the USMC back in the Sixties.
When they turned on the recorder, he spit out something like a hundred and something in a row without even batting an eye! Then they had a secretary transcribed it, and they cherry picked the best ones for the script.
When they were translating the movie into Japanese for distribution in Japan, they had to get Ermy to explain to the Japanese pornographer who was doing the translation what the quote meant when he said: "I bet you're the kind of guy who would f*** a person in the a** and not even have the go****n courtesy to give him a reach-around!"
The thought of a confused Japanese pornographer hung up on that phrase just mad me laugh aloud!
A woman then races over and begins berating the soldier, describing how she had seen him run over to the black man and pummel him for no reason.
Can anybody identify the unit patch the US soldier has on his uniform?
If he is not an infantry MOS he can be airborne and ranger and been in combat and not have a CIB.
Not always, I had an 05B MOS, served in an Infantry unit and received a C.I.B.
That soldier did everything right, from the takedown to the controlling hold, to the defusing of the crowd around him.
Exemplary.
Bravo SSG!!
