Before he enters the Execution of his Office, he shall take the following Oath or Affirmation:—"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States."
Assuming that circumstances transpire in such a way that the Chief Justice attempts to administer that oath to Joseph Robinette Biden Jr. next January, would anyone care to offer an opinion as to
(a) what Slow Joe's oath might theoretically sound like, or
(b) what the legal consequences (if any) might be, if Joe is actually unable to take the oath as required (i.e, unable to read a 35-word phrase without completely garbling it)?
The world wonders (as do all of us "dog-faced pony soldiers" ;>)...

I laughed at a satire of “what if” Trump somehow got elected and took the oath.
