Kyle Rittenhouse is Trump’s type of rule-breaker
Washington ComPost ^ | September 2, 2020 | Molly Roberts

Presidents aren’t supposed to like vigilantes. At least, they aren’t supposed to like them out loud.

The right wing assembled with alacrity to make a folk hero of 17-year-old Kyle Rittenhouse after the shooting suspect allegedly killed two men in Kenosha, Wis., with an AR-15-type assault rifle that he illegally brought to a public protest to “protect property.”

Clip

What’s new isn’t that this is happening. What’s new is that the president is volunteering defenses for an act of vigilantism: “I guess it looks like he fell, and then they very violently attacked him,” President Trump said Monday evening. “He would have been — probably would have been killed.” The accused’s lawyers say, similarly, that their client “exercised his God-given, constitutional, common law and statutory law right to self-defense.” But that’s their job; it is not the president’s.

The left is scared. And they should be.

What rule(s) did Rittenhouse break?

I’m still trying to figure out what “rule” he broke.

What rule(s) did Rittenhouse break?

I heard the local right wing host on talk radio say the act of carrying across a state line and being 17 while legally carrying were both legal.

Was he right? I have no idea.

Also, he said after the correct self-defense is proven, he should sue and make up for the fortune in legal costs.

Whitey needs to shut up and take his beating — even if it kills him.

The murderer in Portland is Biden’s type of rule-breaker.

folk hero of 17-year-old Kyle Rittenhouse should be called to the White House to receive from OUR President the Presidential Medal of Freedom.

RE:”What rule(s) did Rittenhouse break?”

The two ‘rules’ she claims he broke were :

1) Illegal possession of a firearm

2) Being there(=vigilantism)

Note she says ‘rules’ not laws, she suspects that the charges won't stick.

“””I heard the local right wing host on talk radio say the act of carrying across a state line and being 17 while legally carrying were both legal. “”””

The attorney for Kyle said the rifle was not brought across lines. It belonged to a local resident.

I saw a minute of Judith Miller on Fox yesterday spreading the lie that he brought it across lines and it was a big crime.

Of course the Fox bimbo just let her say anything.

I noticed that too.

I’ve not found anyone specifically identifying a law broken regarding mere posession. And he had every right to be there. He was even interviewed before the shooting started saying he was there to protect the building (legal) and administer first aid to anyone who needed it (also legal).

The only time your state of mind can get you in trouble is with “hate crimes” and determining the degree of murder you are charged with. His words and actions, especially what is on video, destroy any kind of murder case. It is clearly, from all angles, self defense.

LIEberal Washington Compost LIEs!

His lawyer told Tucker last night that Rittenhouse possession of the AR was legal.

And his shooting those three antifa/BLM anarchist dirtbags was self-defense.

We’ll have to wait and see how the legal process pans out.

BTW, there have been reports that the antifa/BLM anarchist dirtbags are trying to find out where Rittnehouse is being held. His life is in danger!

The gun was not transported across state lines. It belongs to his friend in Wisconsin. Of course Kenosha is just 3 miles from the state line, and not all the streets there even tell you that you have crossed the “state line” so it could get a little confusing.

If he was doing something illegal... how come the police didn’t mention it to him when they gave him water and thanked him for being there 15 minutes before he was forced to defend himself from the homicidal mob? He is a kid, shouldn’t someone have let him know that he was engaging in a criminal activity?
