It is not the role of judges to make law. When these ruling come out without any foundation in either the Constitution or statutory law, the executives at both the federal and state level should just say, “No, we will not follow your illegal order.” Do not appeal, just ignore. Judges are not philosopher kings.
For Republicans the answer is simple. Make sure everyone gets out to vote, and if they vote absentee make sure to do so early enough to ensure their votes arrive by election day.
Better yet, take advantage of the early voting period and vote in person! And then take the time afterwards to make sure your like minded neighbors and friends have all done the same thing.
Drive a neighbor and a couple of friends to the polls! Go for barbecue afterwards.
I would bet rapidly appealed as well.
If you can wait in line at the supermarket you can wait in line to vote.
Next a judge will rule that ballots must be counted until the Democrat wins.........../s

Judge Eleanor Ross is a judicial lightweight, as the sum of her judicial experience prior to her affirmative action appointment by Obama was three years as a State Court judge. For those unfamiliar, State Courts in Georgia handle minor civil law actions, dispossessions, misdemeanors and certain traffic offenses. Her sole qualification to be a US District judge was her skin color, so this ruling should surprise no one.
