The 2 guys were standing and talking when the chick walked up and shoved someone. A guy grabbed her to stop the assault and chick? with black jacket started beating on him. The guy in colorful shorts started hitting that person to get them to stop.
Seems like females started it. Can’t really tell if that is Kyle or not. Video is not very good either-too many obstructions.

I tried to fight a $50 ticket once. It was obvious at the hearing that the cops and judge like character(wasn’t real court) had already had a talk and decided my fate. A $500 fine. Hearign judge wouldn’t even listen to a word I tried to say.
