You really have to watch the video to see how scary Thursday night turned for Sen. Rand Paul and his companions — surrounded by scores of angry, ignorant goons threatening to kill them.
It was one of several mobs of Black Lives Matter “protesters” that freely roamed the streets of our nation’s capital during and after President Trump’s acceptance speech at the White House, besieging attendees as they left.
One crew surrounded Paul (R-Ky.), along with his wife and two others, as well as two cops — scores of people furiously screaming in their faces, threatening to kill them and demanding Paul say the name Breonna Taylor, the African-American EMT shot by cops in a no-knock raid in Louisville.
Someone yelled, “We’ve got Rand Paul trapped!” Yet, for a group supposedly intent on justice, they were remarkably ignorant of the fact that Paul is one of the Senate’s chief criminal-justice reformers and wrote the Justice for Breonna Taylor Act, which would ban no-knock raids like the one that led to Taylor’s death.
Video shows the mob refusing to let the group move until more police arrive and escort them to their hotel — and shows a “protester” violently shoving one officer, who stumbles and nearly knocks the senator down.
The Pauls thought “they might not make it.” “All I could think of was the driver who was pulled from his car, viciously kicked in the head and left lying in his own blood in Portland, Ore., last week,” Kelly Paul wrote.
They weren’t alone. GOP committeeman Chris Ager and his wife were also accosted by hooligans, who threatened, provoked and brushed up against them. They surrounded a bus of RNC attendees, terrorizing riders.

It seems that the mayor deliberately had an insufficient number of police on hand as people were leaving the White House grounds. Was she hoping that some of them would get beaten up by the mob? Did it occur to her that some of them might get seriously injured or even killed? Would that have mattered to her?
I know it is natural to say,"So what would you do?". I would fight but would lose everything because our system does not support us. Those who are hell bent on killing us are kamikaze and care less because they are mentally deranged and know they will be rewarded just like any suicide bomber.

The military needs to provide security for the presidents functions.
They’re not “ignorant”. Many of them paid tens of thousands of dollars to be educated in this social justice narrative for years.

People are not scared of the privileged white rioters. They’re scared that the government will lock them up if the defended themselves.
I’m sure the mayor encouraged that movie in one way or another. What this proves to me is that Washington DC should not only not be a state, it should not be a city.
Turn it into a federal facility under the Department of the interior, like a national park. Let it be run by a federal appointee, with no “mayor” or “city council.”

Violent deranged Democrat psychopaths now roam in packs on city streets, looking for victims to drag out of their cars and beat and kill them. Destroying everything along their way. From my perspective, they're all pretty much kukoo, hell bent on starting a real shooting war.
