If a person uses marijuana illegally (which difficult to do these days), the price of “illegal” marijuana will plummet.

There is absolutely nothing in the Constitution about the government regulating what we put into our bodies. It is always amazing that people who think of themselves as freedom loving conservatives turn into statist jackboot licking thugs when it comes to cannabis.

Agreed. There is nothing in the constitution which allows the federal government to regulate a freaking plant. Don’t like weed, don’t use it. Simple.
