How about the descendants of the black slave owners? How about the Irish slaves that were treated worse than the blacks? California did treat the Chinese worse than Southerners treated the blacks and there is ample documentation about the atrocities.

This from the state that’s paying for entitlements for illegal aliens, but doesn’t put enough money into its energy needs and has to resort to rolling blackouts to keep their electrical grid from collapsing on high use days. Geez, what a f**ked up mess the Democrats have made of California!

They should deduct all the monies paid over the last 50 years for affirmative action programs, college education, free school lunches, housing, food stamps, medical care....all adjusted for inflation, of course.
There is already Supreme Court precedent this is unconstitutional.
