Noisome is an incompetent Dicktator, he has refused to set guidelines for the amusement parks to open which alone puts tens of thousands out of work and keeps hundreds of millions of dollars out of the states coffers, but hey as long he’s living large while falling arrears(something he has intimate knowledge of) in his taxes what does he care if millions of Californians are suffering after all I’m sure he plans to blame it all on Trump castigating him out of one side of his mouth while begging for money out of the other.

In eastern WA State (very distinct from western WA and Seattle in particular), odds are looking somewhat good at the moment that schools might return to in-person instruction as soon as October or as late as Jan. 1. Will depend on county status. At least two Christian high schools (one Catholic) in my area of Tri-Cities. Public schools are generally fine here also.
