No, but I did hear after it was announced him stating it was an innocent mistake. They let him walk free until sentencing and the most he will get is six months, but it will likely be zero.

He got minimal charges (1) out of several charges he could have gotten.

Its obvious a deal was made. There are two possible reasons for the deal.

Either because he's the token fall guy and will be the end of all indictments by the corrupt DOJ, as some of these nabobs of negativism would have us believe.

Or he turned state's evidence on others.

I'm going with option two.

But I pointed out Clinesmith as an example of criminal charges coming down that nobody saw coming for the other poster that assures me that if there were grand juries empaneled, we would definitely have heard about them by now.

Horowitz referred Clinesmith for prosecution in 2019, so no surprise.

It was a surprise to the people who said Bagpipes Barr wouldn't charge anybody because he's derp state and sent in to bury the investigation on behalf of the derps. Please don't act like it wasn't. And though I can't prove it, you are likely one of those people.

You said if there were a grand jury we would have heard about it. We didn't hear about Clinesmith. A referral does not guarantee follow up. So your statement that we would have surely heard of any grand juries is hereby debunked.

Lots of people were referred to DOJ for criminal investigation. Read your notes on House Republican referrals. Are we to assume charges are pending on all of those?

Reading through Housley’s feed he is stating he was right on predicting Clinesmith. The other indictments WILL be coming down. I trust him and his sources. I don’t care what any other naysayers here say...it is just ridiculous given what our country has been through the past three years.

Anyway, he is saying Brennan’s interview moved things a week so expect things to start coming down.

On Jan 4, 2017, Pientka signs papers to close case against Flynn. After January 24 interview w/Flynn, Pientka complains to Horowitz McCabe pressured him to change the 302. He’s cooperating, imho.

Of course Trump has had a plan all along. And he has had the assistance of Military intelligence and some others (Q) with their vast assets in implementing that plan.

People need to want to know what the truth is, what the actual facts are, in order to see. If someone rejects out of hand anything that is new, or from an different source than their usual sources, or presents a different view than what they already believe or different than their mental idea of what reality is, then they will never get out of their tiny little mental cages.

A person needs a bit of humility and the understanding that “I don’t know everything, there is more to know, others may know more than me sometimes, and some of what I believe may be wrong” in order to learn anything at all. A thirst for truth is vital, which takes some humility.

Clinesmith was never presented to a GJ. He was never indicted. He was charged in cooperation with a defense lawyer through a document called an “information.” In other word it was a plea bargain. His crime was well know for months. His plea is to ticky tacky stuff.

While the public may not know of a seated GJ, witnesses, reporters and attorneys certainly do know. Durham may not leak but everyone else does. So if there is a GJ it is one of the best, best DC secrets, which is doubtful in and of itself
