It will be interesting to see how it plays out.

A guy chasing you can cause you to fear for your life.

It may not sound reasoned, but it depends on the person.

If that person takes you down, they may get control of the
gun and then you’re the one dead.

I wonder if he just decided to go out and protect that lot
or what. Did anyone charge him with that responsibility?

If it looks like a life in in jeopardy nearby, it might be
reasoned to leave the lot.

There are so many possibilities.

They could plead temporary insanity. Kidnever had history of violence. Entered a highly charged enironvent and shot a guy in the heat of watching him destroy property he was to guard.

But it was his first kill and a 17 no less.....and he was ‘frantically’ pacing when he made the phone call...then suddenly ran across the lot like lightening. His adrenaline levels by then were already roaring.....then he’gets a pack of wolfs on his heels throwing cocktails. Would he even recall going down when he tripped and the shootings done thereafter????? There’s no doubt he was beyond panic mode...fight and flight mode operating in one place of the mind and body and in extreme danger as the other guy had a gun.
