The logical way to not be shot by a cop is to do exactly what he or she says. Especially if it a she. Although a good lady she does not have the physical strength of males. In a conflict she will shoot you before a male cop will. She has no choice due to ability in physical conflict.

If it is a bad arrest your lawyer will kick the cops ass in court. If it was a good arrest you lawyer will tell you to make a deal with the prosecutor.

If sober or drunk on your ass or drugged up, just do what the cop tells you to do. Thus you will wake up in the morning alive.
