Mark and Patricia McCloskey, the St. Louis couple caught on video pointing guns at Black Lives Matter protesters outside their home in June, endorsed President Trump as the law-and-order candidate Monday at the 2020 Republican National Convention.
“You’ve seen us on your TV screens and Twitter feeds. You know that we’re not the kind of people who back down,” said Mark McCloskey. “Thankfully, neither is Donald Trump.
“President Trump will defend the God-given right of every American to protect their homes and their families.”

everybody has been talking about this couple speaking ..and after, they are all over the net, and how effective they were...and fkn Sean Hannity actually cuts into their time to run his ignorant mouth. Really getting to hate this punk..especially after the george floyd sham...

I didn’t see the McKloskys, but OANN didn’t seem to be doing that.
I was really impress with most of the speakers tonight especially the Cuban-American speaker who said,
“When I watch the news in Seattle and Chicago and Portland, when I see history being rewritten, when I hear the promises—I hear echoes of a former life I never wanted to hear again. I see shadows I thought I had outrun,” Álvarez continued. “I heard the promises of Fidel Castro. And I can never forget all those who grew up around me, who looked like me, who suffered and starved and died because they believed those empty promises. They swallowed the communist poison pill.”
She was particularly effective at telling suburban soccer moms they had something to worry about from BLM/Klantifa. I think the Republicans should have highlighted this speech much more....ie they should have put the McClosky’s and Herschel Walker in prime time along with Tim Scott and gotten rid of Nikki Haley.
right now..cnn is going berserk about them...you can tell they did great...they were probably the most important speakers tonight...talk about a head of cement.
Good. I expected them to do well. They are both lawyers, professional public speakers. The perfect sort of person to articulate their experience without letting emotion overwhelm the cold logic of what they did.
Indeed Hannity is becoming g impossible to watch, he constantly interrupts or talks over those we really need to hear... we had to switch to PBS and C-SPAN just to be able to hear the speakers.. geesh

NY Post or FR headline writer. Stop calling the McCluskey’s “gun wielding” people. It makes them sound like the perps, not defenders of their own home.
You can use “gun-showing”, “gun-bearing”, “gun-holding” instead.
No one called the criminal trespassers “sign-wielding”, “stick or steel pole wielding” trespassers, etc.
They were great. What was Don Jr girlfriend screeching about?

It wasn’t just Hannity doing the interrupting. Tucker did same and said he would show some of the rnc. Switch to CSPAN or Youtube. No commercials. No commentary.
