President Trump has used his executive-branch authority to remake nearly every facet of the U.S. immigration system. If Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden is elected in November, he is expected to use many of those same levers to undo Mr. Trump’s changes and even end some immigration enforcement measures that have been in place for decades.
Many of Mr. Biden’s policy plans would require legislation to enact—but immigration is an issue where the former vice president would have the ability to enact much of Democrats’ desired agenda through regulatory changes and other executive actions. Mr. Biden has also said he would pursue a bill providing a pathway to citizenship for the 11 million immigrants in the country who lack permanent legal status, a task made easier if Democrats take back control of the Senate.
Mr. Biden said in an interview this month at a virtual joint convention hosted by the National Association of Black Journalists and the National Association of Hispanic Journalists that he would halt construction of Mr. Trump’s border wall, the president’s signature 2016 campaign promise.
He has also said he would end Mr. Trump’s bans on travel from foreign countries—including 13 Muslim-majority and African nations—eliminate the wealth test Mr. Trump imposed on green-card applicants, restore the annual cap on refugees to 125,000 people from a record-low 18,000, and end a program that sends asylum seekers back across the border to Mexico to await their immigration hearings.
In the early days of the Democratic campaign, Mr. Biden faced criticism from Latino organizations for tying himself too closely to the Obama administration’s immigration record, which they associate with high numbers of immigration arrests and other tough enforcement measures. The Obama administration deported more immigrants annually than the Trump administration.

It’s so disruptive. We’ve got to have actual laws passed by Congress, the way the Constitution intended. Somehow, the voters have got to rise up and make their Representatives do their jobs.
The difference is the GOP will not fight any Biden EO’s in court like the left does with everything Trump does.
It’s terrifying to think of Biden issuing Executive Orders. It will be exactly like an old man blindly signing checks that his handler puts on the table in front of him. He’ll have no idea what he is signing, nor the ability to comprehend what he is doing, and will still be able to physically sign the EO due to muscle memory of signature writing.
We did. Never Trump Traitor RINO and many of his House colleagues are gone for treating conservatism as a stalking horse to election while serving their COC masters. Yeah it cost us a majority in the house, but better enemy dems than traitor republicans.
Those aren't Executive Orders, but merely policy. The admin slow walked getting rid of those policies, and then presented a sad case in front of the Supreme Court.

We are not going to deport millions of illegals, but we can avoid getting fleeced.
Trump needs to support these caps and ask Biden to also support the protective caps.

Trump’s pre covid crisis executive orders stopped the illegal caravans marching though Mexico to illegally enter the US. Biden’s lifting of them during the covid crisis south of the border would restore the covid infested caravans that would be marching to infect the US.That story will not be told in the media because all the room will be taken up with the cropped pictures of “kids in cages” to create a phony Dem narrative
Biden won’t have to, Congress will go way beyond and clueless Biden will sign it.

The Deplorable want a Comprehensive Immigration Enforcement bill, missing since 1986 ONE TIME amnesty. Since that amnesty was granted already, a second amnesty is off the table. What remains is the enforcement the Democrats have disallowed since then.
The List of Comprehensive Immigration Enforcement, missing since 1986 goes like this -
1) southern barrier;
2) require eVerify to hire;
3) end all chain migration;
4) birthright per Minor v. Happersett (plural parents);
5) end work visas;
6) 10-year moratorium on all new applications for citizenship (40 years to allow workplace automation effects on downsizing population);
7) Set up an illegal aliens’ victim restitution fund.
Enactment of these provisions will motivate illegal aliens to SELF-deport, and remove colonizadors from our welfare rolls.
We need to pass these protections in order not to make out Democrats as liars who promised the protection in exchange for a ONE TIME AMNESTY. The Democrats got the amnesty already. Now its past time for the protections we were promised.
