Democrats have been insisting that voting by mail is perfectly safe and will not present any issues for the upcoming November presidential election.
But a case in Paterson, NJ, one small city in one small state, has shown what a catastrophe voting by mail could, and likely will, be for the entire nation, The Hill reported.
New Jersey Attorney General Gurbir Grewal (D) charged four people, including a city councilman and councilman-elect, in Paterson last week with criminal conduct involving mail-in ballots. The discovery of hundreds of mail-in ballots in a Paterson mailbox sparked the investigation, CNN reported.
Keep in mind this is one town in one state. Imagine the chaos that would reign nationwide as city and town after city and town faced this scrutiny.
How would a winner in the presidential election be declared if either candidate cannot trust the validity of the votes?

Although the Passaic County Board of Elections has disqualified 3,190 mail-in ballots, or 19 percent, from the election, it did not determine they were all fraudulent. The board determined about 800 were improperly bundled in mailboxes and disqualified another 2,300 after checking signatures on the ballots against those on file, the Paterson Press reported.
“Today’s charges send a clear message: if you try to tamper with an election in New Jersey, we will find you and we will hold you accountable,” Attorney General Grewal said in June.
“We will not allow a small number of criminals to undermine the public’s confidence in our democratic process,” said.
“The residents of New Jersey have a right to free and fair elections, and we will ensure that happens,” OPIA Director Thomas Eicher said.
“Our office’s criminal investigations complement a number of other safeguards that New Jersey has implemented to ensure the integrity of our elections,” he said.
The election has gained national attention as even President Donald Trump has commented on it as an example of how corrupt mail in voting can be.
“The 2020 Election will be totally rigged if Mail-In Voting is allowed to take place, & everyone knows it,” he said.
“So much time is taken talking about foreign influence, but the same people won’t even discuss Mail-In election corruption. Look at Patterson, N.J. 20% of vote was corrupted!” he said.
The president’s campaign is suing Gov. Murphy over the hybrid voting model he intends to use for the state in November.
“The President’s campaign is putting itself on record as wanting to delegitimize our November election instead of working with us to ensure that voters rights are upheld alongside public health,” the governor said.

Do not forget......Judicial Watch sued LA County to purge 1.5 MILLION FRAUDULENT OR INACTIVE REGISTRATIONS. A judge ordered that they be purged......there is NO EVIDENCE that has been done. And California IS sending a ballot to EVERYONE ON THEIR VOTER ROLLS THIS ELECTION. So, that is already 1.5 million fakes votes for Biden.

Despite numerous stories like this coming out every week, NPR, CBS, MSNBC, CNN, etc. all are saying that PDJT's claims (that massive mail-in voting can lead to massive fraud) are totally UNFOUNDED! I just heard this propaganda lie during the news break on the local radio channel.
These news purveyors are shameless liars, but they are allowed to spew their calumny hourly.
Some have said it's Nancy, as the next in line after POTUS and VP. Others say no, it's up to the House to vote and determine, with each state getting one vote each.
I have problems with both scenarios since House members' terms are up at the same time, and they are on the same ballot as Biden and Trump (along with 1/3 of the Senate). Do any of them still have jobs?

How can any witness from a trial be confident they can be protected if the perp???

This is one of the main roots of our problems, the Dems, Liberals, Marxists, Communists, whatever you want to call them do not want the main citizenry protected. They are not for the people.
Constitutionally, if by January 1, 2021 a president has not been declared, the Speaker of the House of Representatives will assume the Presidency until a President can be declared. It may require a new election. This is the DC Establishment/ Democrats plan to displace Trump from the WH. A President Pelosi can do much damage until another election can be done.
What happens when signatures on ballots don’t match the registration ballot? States that have had a long start-up period use computers to flag probable mismatches. Then it goes to 2 election judges, one from each party. They then separate ballots into 3 categories:
1. Probably not legitimate. (e.g., signed “Mickey Mouse”).
2. Probably legitimate (signatures seem substantially similar)
3. Unresolved ( remember, the ballots have the person’s legal name ON THE BALLOT sleeve. So this is about variance in style).
Standards are, obviously, full of subjectivity, this isn’t done in a few hours, or a few days, or in close races, even a few weeks. If you’re a lawyer with expertise in election law, you’re going to make a lot of money very soon. Lots of close racers are going to go to the Courts.
Cyclotic, many states and jurisdictions drop registrations if a person repeatedly fails to vote.

Remember just last year, LA County spent truckloads of money to fight in court tge purging of the voter rolls, which contained registrations amounting to 110% of the adult population of the county.
