Constitutionally, if by January 1, 2021 a president has not been declared, the Speaker of the House of Representatives will assume the Presidency until a President can be declared. It may require a new election. This is the DC Establishment/ Democrats plan to displace Trump from the WH. A President Pelosi can do much damage until another election can be done.

DJTs term as President doesn’t end until noon January 20, 2021. See amendment XX , Section 1.
