Federal prosecutors have accused Green Beret, a former Army living in Northern Virginia, of espionage activity dating back to Russia until 1996.
According to the prosecution, 45-year-old Peter Rafael Dzibinski Debbins of Gainesville, Russia used to meet Russian intelligence from time to time and was also given a code name by Russian intelligence agents in 1997, stating that he would serve Russia.
When service members collide to provide classified information to our foreign associates, they are said to be in the office of the office of the U.S. Attorney G. Zachary Terwilliger of the Eastern District of Virginia, whose case is litigation. As this indictment reflects. Hai, we will be steadfast and firm in holding such individuals accountable.
Prosecutors said Debbins was arrested on Friday. Online court records were sealed, so it was not clear whether Debins had a lawyer.
Prosecutors say spying took place from 1996 to 2011. During that time, Debbin served in the Armys Special Forces.

And yet Hillary remains free.
Hanging is not only appropriate, it is necessary.
There’s a Gainesville in Russia?
I presume that that reads better in it’s orginal language. Google translate is usually better than that.
“... a former Army living in Northern Virginia ...”
I’m pretty sure that the Army of Northern Virginia surrendered quite a long time ago. From the first couple of sentences, I can almost tell what they are talking about. I hope this is a translation.
Did a bot write this article?
Very poorly written.
If true, and I don’t doubt it - there are thousands more just like this turncoat that need to be shot.
Meanwhile Peter Stzrok on Twitter blames Trump for it.
No hanging. The only sentence ought to be a fine for his family of $20.00 for the bullet, including shipping and handling.
maybe, but we don’t want to go too CommunistChinese here .
No, I know, and I agree. But, there needs to be a special place in hell for our true warriors who betray our country. It’s sort of a personal thing.
” ...including shipping and handling. “
ROCKS dude.
It’s clear you don’t need to know grammar nor sentence structure to write for a news service.
1996 to 2011. Makes you feel safe knowing that the feds only took NINE FREAKING YEARS to get to this case.
What was the accused traitor doing in the meantime?
I read in another article that the puke was recruited in college and, at first, refused monetary incentives.
I agree, but I think being shot is more honorable than hanging him (although I would be OK with a bullet in the back of the head in the basement of the Lubyanka).
Peter Rafael Dzibinski Debbins
I wonder if there is a hint of his allegiance in the assumed hyphenated last name?
Peter Rafael Dzibinski Debbins, 45, told Russian intelligence he considered himself a son of Russia, according to an indictment made public...
A traitor among us. The key line is: “Peter Rafael Dzibinski Debbins, 45, told Russian intelligence he considered himself a son of Russia, according to an indictment made public after his arrest.” That is in line with the traditional members of the Communist Party USA giving their allegiance to Stalin, and other leaders of the USSR and to the USSR itself over the USA
